The ACostE can assess and accredit an organisation's Skill Development Framework in relation to Estimating, Cost Engineering, Scheduling and/or Project Control.
There are four levels or award available:
Platinum for organisations which meet at least 90% of the criteria in the standard
Gold for organisations which meet at least 70% of the criteria in the standard
Silver for organisations which meet at least 50% of the criteria in the standard
Bronze for organisations which meet at least 30% of the criteria in the standard
The framework reviews the process documentation in place to support skill development, access to training and development opportunities internally or externally, alignment with the relevant National Occupational Standards and the level of engagement with professional bodies. A key part of the process is the feedback received from a range or practitioners in the organisation through a series of questionnaires and\or interviews.
Fees are dependent on the size and geographical diversity of the organisation.Flyer Standard
